The IUIH Chairperson is nominated from within our three founding Members. The Independent Directors are leaders in their field, including the medical, community health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, academic and/or financial management sectors.

The IUIH Board is supported by three governance sub-committees:

• Performance, Quality and Risk Committee
• Governance Committee.
