The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH) is a leading, regional not-for-profit provider of health and wellbeing services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in South East Queensland. Salary and benefits

We offer rewarding work, and a variety of flexible full-time and part-time roles supporting great work-life balance. Our salary packages include a range of entitlements, with additional financial and lifestyle benefits you don’t find in many GP practices.

Our GP salary package includes:

  • annual salary from $280,000 AUD up to $340,000.00 AUD
  • 4 weeks of annual leave per year (including 17.5% leave loading)
  • 10 days personal leave per year
  • 12% super.

Our GPs also have access to additional benefits:

  • not for profit salary packaging to increase your take-home pay
  • fully reimbursed medical indemnity insurance.
