How Mob Link can support you

Mob Link will be open during all the public holidays over the Christmas and New Year break. See how Mob Link can support you during this festive season, if you need it.

You can contact Mob Link on 1800 254 354, 7 days a week from 7am to 8pm.

Please note access to a GP is not guaranteed. Clients will speak with an intake officer and a nurse and will be triaged as usual.

Mob Link can assist with:

  • Seeing someone who needs to be seen within 48hrs.
  • Urgent scripts
  • MTOPS (medical termination of pregnancy)
  • Dental abscess
  • Isolated fevers in adults
  • Urgent skin treatment
  • Covid/Flu management
  • UTI management

Mob Link can provide contact details for community services that can help with social, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Mob Link can assist with providing contact details for accommodation and housing providers, however we are not able to facilitate funding for, or direct access to, housing or accommodation.

Mob Link cannot assist with:

  • Controlled medications (S8’s)
  • Centrelink, parole or court medical certificates
  • Care plans, such as Mental Health and Chronic Disease
  • Workcover claims, certificates or follow ups
  • Long term management/support
  • X-RAY requests
  • New referrals to specialists

Pamela Mam Health Centre and Moreton ATSICHS clinics will be closed on the public holidays:

  • Christmas Day: Thursday, 25 December 2025
  • Boxing Day: Friday, 26 December 2025
  • New Year’s Day: Thursday, 1 January 2026
