  • ear examination
  • middle ear check
  • hearing screen

They will then yarn with you about options to support your needs.

Where to start

For Mob connected to our clinics, your GP can refer you as part of your 715-health check.

For jarjum not yet at school, a referral isn’t required but we’ll need you to complete a separate consent form at the appointment.

If you’re not a client in our network, you will need to book a 715-health check with a GP at one of our clinics for a referral.
