Are you looking to take the next step in your career journey?

Whether you’re a parent returning to the workforce, considering a career change later in life, or seeking employment, training or opportunities to grow professionally, POWA traineeships provide a supportive pathway to help you achieve your goals.

Designed specifically to support Mob in building skills, confidence and workplace experience, this entry-level traineeship pathway offers paid employment while you work towards a Certificate I in Work Skills, a nationally recognised qualification.

This traineeship provides the opportunity to gain practical workplace experience while developing the foundation skills needed to progress into further training, education or employment.

What you will receive

✅ full-time paid traineeship

✅ 20-week program, five days per week

✅ work towards a nationally recognised qualification

✅ all training provided

✅ opportunity to connect with community and work with Mob

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, hear about the program and explore different career pathways in a culturally safe and empowering environment.
