Do you have an NDIS plan and don’t know how to start using it? One of the buckets of funding the NDIS provides is for a Support Coordinator to help you understand your plan and connect you to services and programs to enhance your health and well-being.

At IUIH, your Support Coordinator works with you and your family to identify what services you want and need. Your support coordinator will find you appropriate services that offer what you’re seeking, provide you with multiple options to choose from and then help you connect with those services.

Get in touch with our deadly team and let us help you find the services you want from your plan.
