Whether you’re a parent returning to the workforce, considering a career change later in life, or seeking employment, training or opportunities to grow professionally, POWA traineeships provide a supportive entry-level pathway to help you achieve your goals.
Designed specifically to support Mob in building skills, confidence and workplace experience, this entry-level traineeship pathway offers paid employment. At the same time, you work towards a Certificate I in Workplace Skills (BSB 10120), a nationally recognised qualification.
This traineeship provides the opportunity to gain practical workplace experience while developing the foundation skills needed to progress into further training, education or employment.
What you will receive
- full-time paid traineeship
- 20-week program, five days per week
- work towards a nationally recognised qualification – Certificate I in Workplace Skills (BSB10120)
- all training provided
- opportunity to connect with Community and work with Mob.
