IUIH delivers Indigenous allied health therapies and capacity-building supports to help you achieve your goals and live independently.
IUIH’s specialist disability allied health professionals are here to support you to achieve your goals, and live life to the fullest. Our multidisciplinary team includes occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, dietitians and exercise physiologists, working together to provide holistic, person-centred care.
Whether you need support with communication, mobility, daily living skills, nutrition, physical health or maintaining your indepdendence, our allied health team can help. We work alongside you, your family and support network to develop tailored strategies that enhance your wellbeing, build your capacity and support your participation in everyday life and the community.

How to refer

Email a referral form to our disability allied health therapies team.
IUIH Network MMEx
Patient record → Create letter → Create referral retter from template → Disability Access and QCSS. In the Named Person field, enter “IUIH Referral – NDIS allied health therapies”.
