The Australian Family Partnership Program (AFPP) is a voluntary home visiting program for first-time mothers.
The program pairs a dedicated family partnership worker and a nurse home visitor with the new mother, who will regularly visit the home from pregnancy, until the child is two years old.
The AFPP team provides first-time mothers with information, education, social, emotional and cultural support to build parenting skills and create a strong family.
AFPP services the South East Queensland region.
