Our deadly dietitians can work with you to improve your eating habits to make sure you’re getting a balanced and healthy diet.

Dietitians can also support Mob with medical conditions such as diabetes, heart or gut problems, cancers, kidney or lung problems and eating disorders.

Our dietitian can support:

  • healthy eating
  • healthy eating on a budget
  • emotional eating and eating disorders
  • food allergies and intolerances
  • eating across the lifespan – from birth to Elderhood.
  • fussy eating in children
  • gut and bowel health, including altered bowel habits, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diverticulitis, coeliac disease and inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis)
  • mental health and wellbeing
  • nutritional deficiencies (such as iron loss)
  • vegetarian or vegan diets and ensuring you’re getting the right nutrients
  • weight gain or loss
  • support before and after bariatric surgery
  • specific medical conditions such as diabetes and blood sugar management, heart disease (including high blood pressure and cholesterol management), and kidney disease.

Our dietitian will work with you to understand your lifestyle and will work with you on a plan to suit you and your family.

If you have had your 715-health check, or have a GP management plan, you can request a referral from your doctor to a dietitian.
